The Stabilizer Practice

Not therapy. Not coaching.
The work that comes after therapy and before coaching.
Stop performing. Start crossing.

Three roles. One missing layer.

Every system for personal change assumes you're ready to change. None of them verify it. That assumption is why most people get stuck — not in the work, but before it.

Role 01
Therapist
Focus: Past
Heals what's broken. Works with the wound. Assumes something clinical needs addressing.
Role 02 — The Gap
Stabilizer
Focus: Present
Tests the foundation. Makes the threshold visible. Works before either of the others can.
Role 03
Coach
Focus: Future
Builds what's next. Goal-oriented. Assumes you have honest ground to build on.

The Honoust method

Like the engineers who saved the Leaning Tower of Pisa — I don't push you straight. I stabilize the ground beneath you first.

Phase 01 — Exposure
Extract
What is actually true?
I make the gap between what you say and what you do impossible to ignore. Not through judgment — through precise, non-anxious observation. The body doesn't lie. Your patterns already know the answer.
Phase 02 — Confrontation
Shock
What is this costing you?
No change happens in a straight line. There are critical moments where the pattern must be interrupted. I stay present with the full weight of your situation — without comfort, without rescue, without an easy exit.
Phase 03 — Grounding
Anchor
What can you actually stand on?
Using NLP anchoring and Ericksonian technique, we set one true statement in your body — not your head — that holds under pressure. Not a goal. Not hope. A foundation that doesn't move when everything else does.

The Threshold Map

Nine gap mechanisms. Not personality types — operating patterns. The way a specific person maintains their threshold, stays exactly where they are while appearing to move. Knowing the pattern tells you how this person will resist exposure.

The type is never shown to the client.

It is the Stabilizer's framing tool. The client receives a Threshold Map — a gap index and a single question they can't dismiss. The type informs how you work, not how you label.

Most people sit between types. The dynamic — which type activates under stress, which one returns under safety — tells you more than the base position alone.

How the work unfolds

No agenda imposed from outside. No premature solutions. A structured encounter with what is actually true — before anything else can begin.

Step 01
Honest Assessment
"What is actually true right now?"
We meet to determine if you are genuinely ready for change or performing the idea of wanting to change. This requires brutal honesty. No diagnosis. No label. Just a shared, mutually acknowledged picture of where you actually are.
Step 02
Confrontation
"What is the gap actually costing you?"
You trace your current pattern forward. Not where you want to be — where this goes if nothing changes. The Stabilizer stays present without rescue. The critical factor that has been blocking change surfaces. You name it.
Step 03
Grounding
"What is one true thing you can stand on?"
A somatic anchor is set — not a plan, not motivation — a physiologically encoded truth that holds under pressure. When you leave, you carry one thing you know without doubt. That is the ground the next step can actually be built on.

Selective. Bounded. Clear.

The Stabilizer practice operates with limited capacity by design. The work is intensive. It requires full presence from both sides. Not everyone is accepted.

Single session
100
Per session — 90 minutes
  • Includes pre-session Threshold Assessment
  • Type mapping and gap identification
  • Phase 1–3 session work
  • Somatic anchor setting (Phase 3)
  • One threshold question to take away
Sessions are accepted selectively. The €100 intake consultation determines whether Stabilizer work is appropriate for you before longer engagement begins.
What this is not
Boundaries matter.
  • Not therapy — I don't treat clinical conditions
  • Not coaching — I don't set goals or build plans
  • Not motivation — I don't generate enthusiasm
  • Not rescue — I don't remove the weight of your pattern
  • Not indefinite — the work has a clear exit condition
The Stabilizer relationship ends when three things are simultaneously true: you can state your reality without editing, you've named your critical factor, and you carry at least one stable anchor. At that point, you are ready for what comes next.
Limited capacity — Selective acceptance — One intake per week
Take the assessment first

The door
is already there.

You've been standing at it for a while.
This is what happens when you decide to find out what's on the other side.

Location

Sessions in person or via video.
Response time
I respond within 48 hours. If you're accepted for an intake, we schedule within two weeks.
The intake
The first session is a €100 assessment. It determines whether we work together. You leave with something true regardless of the outcome.
One condition
Come as you are. Not as you wish you were. That's the only prerequisite.
